Course 4 Case Study Projects
Now that you have started Course 4, I want to give you some practice on scoring the Analysis Questionnaire for Agape Love (AQAL). This project has been recently updated, taking away the need to print out the questionnaires, score sheets and the first page of the Agape Love Analysis Profile (Graph or sometimes called the Composite Graph). I hope you’ll find the directions easy to follow and the tool as user friendly as needed. Here are your next steps:
1) Read and follow the directions to the AQAL tool below.
2) Find and click on Project 1 to view the questionnaire and then score it on the adjacent scoresheet.
3) Click on the second tab that says, “Scoresheet and ALAP Graph” tab and transfer the “T/S” (Total Score) to the Graph.
4) Once you have followed all the directions below, download each score sheet and graph for all eight projects and email them to your mentor. Be sure to include in your email your impression of their personality type (based upon their Total Scores and what you identify as their strengths and areas needed for improvement for each case.
Once you have completed the directions below and the steps above, you have finished Project One. Congratulations, you can continue with Course 4, Chapter 1.

Directions
- Type your name below. It is printed on each page you download.
- Choose a project. Each project has questionnaire pages with the answers already circled.
- Tab 1, Questionnaire & Score Sheet, shows the questionnaire pages beside the Score Sheet. On the questionnaire pages, read the circled answer for each numbered item. Use the page buttons to move through the pages, and use Zoom if you need a closer look.
- On the Score Sheet, type the score for each item in the blank beside its number (items 1–75). Then add up each row yourself and type the total in that row's T/S (Total Score) blank (A–P).
- Open tab 2, Score Sheet & ALAP Graph. Your completed Score Sheet appears beside the graph so you can read each T/S while you mark. For each letter, click on that letter's vertical line at the number on the left that matches the row's T/S. An "X" appears there, and a line connects it to the X on the letter before it, so the marks form a line graph from A to P. Click a different spot on the same line to move it, or click the X again to remove it. The row of letters under the graph shows where each X sits next to your T/S so you can check your work.
- Fill in every blank: all 75 item scores and all 15 T/S totals on the Score Sheet, and an X for all 15 letters on the ALAP Graph. Each Download PDF button unlocks only when every blank on that page is filled. Download both PDFs for each project.
- Your work is saved automatically in this browser, so you can stop and return later on the same computer and browser.
The ALAP Graph (Agape Love Analysis Profile Graph) is the new name for the graph printed as “Questionnaire Analysis of Specific Biblical Norms.” This assignment is not graded automatically; your teacher will review your Score Sheet and ALAP Graph with you.
