Welcome to Course 5: Practicing the Five Phases of Cognitive Biblical Therapy
Now that you have finished Cognitive Biblical Therapy Courses 1-4, we want to walk with you through practicing what you have learned. Your earlier coursework study now provides you with the foundational knowledge and understanding of CBT. These next weeks of practicing what you have learned is just that, “practicing”. You will need to seek God’s grace (ability) and give yourself a lot of grace (mercy) as you practice.

For your convenience, a “Notepad tab” is the text for any notes you want to copy and paste and/or type out and download into a Word document.
In each chapter, there will be “section questions” (red buttons) for you to answer which will be a great way to prepare for the end of the Chapter Quiz. Summarize the course content in your own words for each answer. The section questions will provide Dr. Wilkinson’s feedback to your answers.
Quiz Requirement: At the end of the Chapter, a score of 75% is necessary on the Chapter Quiz in order to access the next chapter.
