1. Fill in the three blanks below: the name of the person who completed the questionnaire, the person the questions are about, and their relationship (for example, husband to wife, or mother to son). These are printed on both pages you download.
2. Have your completed questionnaire ready. You can use your printed (hard copy) questionnaire beside you, or click Open my questionnaire to view your own PDF or photos of its pages inside this tool, next to the score sheet. Opening a file is optional, and the file stays on your computer; it is not uploaded anywhere.
3. Tab 1, Questionnaire & Score Sheet: for each numbered item (1–75), type the score from your questionnaire (1–5) in the blank beside that number on the score sheet. The cursor moves to the next item after each score.
4. Add each row yourself and type the total in that row's T/S (Total Score) blank, A through P.
5. Tab 2, Score Sheet & ALAP Graph: your completed score sheet appears beside the graph. For each letter, click on that letter's vertical line at the number on the left that matches the row's T/S. An "X" appears there, and a line connects it to the X on the letter before it, so the marks form a line graph from A to P. Click a different spot on the same line to move an X, or click the X again to remove it.
6. Download both pages. The Download Score Sheet PDF button unlocks when all three blanks above and all 90 score sheet blanks (75 items and 15 totals) are filled in. The Download ALAP Graph PDF button unlocks when all 15 letters are marked.
7. Your scores and graph are saved automatically in this browser, so you can stop and return later on the same computer and browser. An opened questionnaire file is not saved; open it again when you return.

The ALAP Graph (Agape Love Analysis Profile Graph) is the new name for the graph printed as “Questionnaire Analysis of Specific Biblical Norms.”
